Novalja is a town in the north of the island of Pag in the Croatian part of Adriatic Sea. In recent times Novalja became famous because of the Zr\u0107e Beach, which is one of the biggest summer party zones in Europe.\u00a0Wikipedia<\/a><\/p>

The island can be reached also using the bridge of Pag. From Novalja to the entrance to the Dalmatina highway (Zagreb – Split) at Posedarje you can get in an hour (70 km) and the town Pag is 45 km from Posedarje.<\/p>

The island can be reached from the north by the ferry line Prizna (mainland) – \u017digljen (island). The journey takes about 20 minutes.<\/p>

During the tourist season the ferry and high speed boat connections to other islands are more frequent.
The summer timetable is effect from May 31 to September 28.<\/p>

If you intend to visit Pag, organize, if possible, a flight to Rijeka (i.e. the island of Krk) or to Zadar, as those are nearest airports to the island of Pag.\u00a0<\/p>

Buses run from the island of Pag from almost all parts of Croatia. The lines are active throughout the year to larger centers (Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Rijeka).<\/p>

There aren\u2019t many places at the Adriatic that have so many beautiful natural beaches in their surroundings. Whether you choose to go north or south, east or west from Novalja you are bound to reach one of these magnificent beaches. The beaches are very spacious, sandy and pebble, with clean sea and excellent access to the sea, so they are especially suitable for families with children.<\/p>

The most prominent place in Pag`s tourism holds the beach Zr\u0107e or “Croatian Ibiza “. Just 4 km away from our apartments. 10 minutes by car, 40 minutes by foot or you can take a bus which is 500 meter away. Caska Beach is located on the east side of Novalja, in the close vicinity of the famous beach Zr\u0107e. Caska beach is specific for its remains of the old Roman city. There is a restaurant on the beach and some recreational facilities. The beach Stra\u0161ko is located in a wide bay south of Novalja. Carrying the Blue Flag title since 2004, it is located within one of the largest and most beautiful camping sites in the Adriatic. \u010cista beach is about 5 kilometers away from Novalja and can be reached by turning off the road from Novalja to Pag before Kolan. Trin\u0107el or Planjka is a beautiful sandy beach located right at the entrance to Stara Novalja. From the summer of 2004, leads the Blue Flag. It is well furnished and ideal for parents with small children, offers a range of dining and entertainment facilities. Beach Babe is located in a shallow bay on the north-eastern edge of Novalja. It is gravel and you can reach it from Novalja by a short walk along the sea. The\u00a0beach\u00a0is located near the Old\u00a0Novalja\u00a0and in some areas is covered with fine stones offering gradual access to the sea, while in others it is rocky and you directly enter the deep waters. The Vrti\u0107 beach is a pebble and sandy beach right in the center of Novalja. The Museum of the Town of Novalja<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Museum of the Town of Novalja is one of the most interesting cultural institutions, primarily because inside of the museum is the entrance to the underground aqueduct (Talijanova bu\u017ea – the hole of Italian) dating back to the Antiquity, built in the first century BC. The aqueduct is entirely carved in stone by human hand, with a length of 1042 meters and with an average width of about 60 cm. Visitors can see a segment of 150 meters.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The olive trees of Lun make it a unique place on the island of Pag, but also in the world. Among 80.000 olive trees in the area of Lun, there are about 1.500 wild olive (lat.
